Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Please read these terms carefully. They explain the rules for buyers, suppliers and riders who use the Jawan Plus marketplace.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Jawan Plus website and web app (the “Platform”). By creating an account, placing an order or listing products you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Service Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. What Jawan Plus is
Jawan Plus is an online marketplace that connects shopkeepers and retailers (“Buyers”) with wholesalers, manufacturers and distributors (“Suppliers”), and arranges delivery through our riders. The goods are sold by the Suppliers. Where an order is made through the Platform, the sale is between the Buyer and the Supplier, and Jawan Plus provides the marketplace, order handling, payment checking and delivery services.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and act for a real business. Give true information and keep it up to date.
- You must confirm your email address or mobile number with the code we send.
- New buyer accounts are reviewed. Wholesale prices and ordering are available only after we approve the account. We may refuse, pause or close an account that gives false information or breaks these terms.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
4. Products, prices and availability
- Suppliers set their own prices, minimum order quantities, stock and descriptions, and are responsible for their accuracy.
- Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm an order.
- Stock changes quickly. If an item is no longer available after you order, we or the Supplier will tell you and cancel that item, and any money you paid for it will be refunded under our Return & Refund Policy.
- A verification badge means that our team checked the documents shown to us on a certain date. It is not a guarantee of quality, delivery or conduct, so please compare suppliers before you order.
5. Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed when the payment is verified (or, for Cash on Delivery or approved trade credit, when the order is accepted).
- Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, EasyPaisa or bank transfer to the account shown at checkout, trade credit for buyers we have approved, and online card payment through a licensed payment company when available.
- For EasyPaisa and bank transfers, you must send the exact amount to the account shown on the checkout page and give the correct transaction ID. Our team checks the payment before the order proceeds. Never send money to any account that is not shown on our official checkout page.
- Trade credit is a limit that we set for an approved buyer. It must be repaid by the agreed date.
- We may cancel an order that looks fraudulent or that cannot be fulfilled, and will refund any money received for it.
6. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Service Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Please inspect your parcel when it arrives and report any problem within the time stated there.
7. Supplier responsibilities
- List only goods you are legally allowed to sell and that you actually have or can supply.
- Describe goods honestly, keep price and stock up to date, pack carefully, and hand parcels to our rider on time.
- Do not share contact details with buyers to move a sale off the Platform, and do not copy another seller's pictures or text without permission.
- Documents you upload for verification must be genuine. False documents lead to removal.
8. Rider responsibilities
Riders handle parcels with care, follow the pickup and delivery codes, collect and hand over cash exactly as instructed for Cash on Delivery orders, and treat buyers and suppliers politely.
9. What you must not do
- Sell or buy illegal, counterfeit, stolen or dangerous goods, or goods that Pakistani law does not allow to be sold online.
- Place fake orders, fake payments or fake reviews, or try to cheat other users or the Platform.
- Try to break into accounts, test or attack the Platform's security, collect other users' data, or send spam.
- Use the Platform in a way that breaks any law.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that do this, and may report serious cases to the authorities.
10. Disputes between buyers and suppliers
If there is a problem with an order, contact us first. We will look at the order record, messages, payment details and delivery codes and try to reach a fair result. Our decision about refunds and credits within the Platform is final for the purposes of the Platform, and it does not remove your legal rights.
11. Our responsibility
We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, Jawan Plus is not responsible for losses that arise from a Supplier's goods or conduct, from events outside our control, or for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms removes any right that you have under the law that cannot be removed.
12. Changes and ending
We may change these terms and will show the new date at the top. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the Platform and ask us to close your account at any time, after any open orders are completed.
13. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For questions about these terms contact Jawan Plus at contact@jawanplus.com or 0310 2243459.
